We are hiring smart, driven, professional Sales & Marketing Representatives to join our growing group of companies:

1.
Patobe Smart Homes:
Premium smart-home solutions for high-net-worth homeowners, luxury estates, and real estate developers.

2.
TotalKraft Solutions:
Nigeria's fast-growing home & facility services network offering verified artisans on demand.

3.
Eldakia Smart Living, Wellness & Technologies:
A global brand focused on elderly care, smart wellness systems, home safety, and senior-living technology.

4.
SmartHolms & Automations:
Affordable smart-home and automation solutions for everyday homeowners.

Successful applicants will be assigned to the brand that best fits their communication style, strengths, and background.

Responsibilities (Depending on Assigned Brand):

•Convert leads into customers via WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, and field engagement


•Deliver high-level product and service presentations


•Build relationships with homeowners, estates, facility managers, senior homes, and developers


•Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns


•Follow up professionally, manage CRM entries, and close deals


•Prepare quotations and support customer onboarding


•Attend onsite meetings, surveys, or demos when required


•Collaborate with technical teams, artisans, or project managers


•Meet weekly and monthly revenue targets

•Strong communication skills


•Ability to sell premium or essential services


•Excellent follow-up habits


•Confidence working with homeowners, facility managers, or senior-care institutions


•Social media sales experience (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn)


•Professional appearance and attitude


•Self-driven, target-oriented, and reliable


•Luxury content creation skill is a plus


•Expert digital marketing skill is a plus
