About the Role:

Redivivis Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Officer to join our Logistics & Inventory Management team. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, managing IT assets in our ERP system (Makor), and supporting timely order fulfilment. The ideal candidate must have strong Excel skills, excellent organization, and effective communication with both the processing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records of all incoming and outgoing items within Makor ERP.
• Assign assets (laptops, servers, switches, routers, etc.) to specific storage locations and update status changes in real time.
• Ensure asset tags are correctly printed, affixed, and logged in the ERP.
• Manage goods receiving, categorization, and storage.
• Support the sales team by picking, packing, and dispatching requested products promptly.
• Track and report order fulfilment times to minimize delays.
• Conduct weekly and monthly stock reconciliations and report discrepancies.
• Implement inventory management best practices, including FIFO.
• Maintain an organized warehouse and ensure physical and digital records match.
• Liaise with Processing and QA teams to ensure only verified items are available for sale.
• Generate and share inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly) using Excel and ERP data.

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in:

• VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
• COUNTIF / SUMIF / AVERAGEIF
• Data Validation & Drop-down Lists
• Pivot Tables & Charts
• Conditional Formatting
• Text Functions (LEFT, RIGHT, MID, TRIM)
• IF Statements & Nested Formulas
• CONCATENATE / TEXTJOIN
• Basic Macros or Automation (Optional but preferred)

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum OND / HND / B.Sc. in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in warehouse, logistics, or IT asset handling roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Makor ERP preferred).
• Familiarity with IT hardware categories (laptops, routers, access points, peripherals).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple fulfilment requests.
• High attention to detail in asset tagging, data entry, and reconciliation.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Inventory accuracy (% match between physical and ERP stock)
• Average fulfilment time per order
• Number of tagging errors per week
• Order dispatch compliance rate (%)
• Timeliness of weekly inventory reports
• Communication response time to sales team requests

Important Notice:

This role includes a practical assessment. Candidates must bring their own Laptop to the interview to complete a live Excel/ERP test.
