Job Purpose

The Chief Security Officer (CSO) is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization's security strategy to protect employees, assets, facilities, products, and information. The role ensures proactive risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and efficient security operations across all sites, warehouses, factories, sales routes, and logistics channels.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Criminology, Security Studies, Industrial Relations, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as
    LSI, CPP, PSP, ISO 18788: Security Management
    , or equivalent (added advantage).
  • 8–12 years relevant experience
    in security management within
    FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics, or related industries
    .
  • Strong experience supervising large teams, contractors, and multiple-location operations.
  • Excellent knowledge of physical security systems, crisis management, and investigation techniques.
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, resilience, and strong decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of GPS tracking, surveillance systems, and electronic security tools.
  • Master's degree is an advantage
