About the Role:

As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for making significant contributions to project workstreams, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, performing analyses, and developing strategy documents to support program initiatives. You must be able to work well both independently and in groups, synthesize analyses into clear recommendations, and present complex topics to senior audiences. You will play an integral role in the success of client programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning

• Defining, documenting, and controlling project scope.
• Developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, considering clients such as government procurement timelines and approval processes.
• Developing and executing project communication strategies tailored to clients.

Requirements Management

• Ability to effectively gather, document, analyze, and validate business processes, systems, and solution requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Creating clear and comprehensive documentation related to business processes, system needs, business cases, process flows, fit-gap analyses, functional and technical specifications.
• Prioritizing and managing requirements to ensure alignment with project goals and client needs.

Analysis & Problem Solving

• Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and design of client-focused strategies, frameworks, and solutions.
• Identifying and addressing operational, financial, and technological risks within the business, and maintaining, testing, and improving business and systems operations.
• Ability to interpret data for informed decision-making and program optimization.
• Conducting fit-gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states.

Solution Design & Development

• Formulating and articulating project scope and objectives using knowledge of information technology and industry knowledge/requirements.
• Assisting developers with functional and technical design for medium to large-scale systems.
• Preparing and executing comprehensive test plans and scripts, detailing conditions to be tested and expected outcomes.
• Apply industry and information technology expertise to support the business cycle, including proposals, presentations, feasibility studies, implementations and new business development (sales materials).
• Support in project & product design and development activities.
• Work with end-users to identify system inefficiencies, documenting functional specifications, and assisting developers with functional and technical design for medium to large-scale systems.
• Create reports of performance and success, pointing out areas in need of improvement and making recommendations;
• Support and conduct visualization, user experience and configuration elements of solution design;

Leadership and Team Management

• Ensuring project deliverables meet defined quality standards and government service level agreements.
• Guiding and motivating project teams, fostering collaboration across clients and consulting personnel.
• Assigning tasks and responsibilities effectively within a complex organizational structure.
• Liaise and work with public sector organizations;
• Support day-to-day technology operations.
• Undertake any other duties or tasks as assigned by the Partners.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Acting as a liaison between clients and technical solutions/support groups, using strong communication skills.
• Presenting complex topics and synthesizing analyses into clear recommendations for senior audiences.
• Ability to successfully adapt, build relationships, and influence complex Business and Technology stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth transition from Project to Support with necessary documentation;
• Manage existing product, conceptualize and commercialize new features efficiently;
• Manage and coordinate strategic third-party relationships with business partners to ensure solutions meet our expectations and client requirements.

Work Arrangement:

• Hours: Standard work hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. However, availability outside of standard hours is required for urgent situations.
• Please note that performance is not based solely on being available during work hours but on productivity, output and quality of work.

Salary: NGN300,000 inclusive of monthly logistics allowance provided in accordance with company policy. Additionally, you may qualify for periodic performance-based bonuses, subject to individual achievement and the company's financial position. As part of your employment benefits, you will be enrolled in the Company's Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) plan within the confirmation employment period. The Company will bear the cost of your HMO premium in accordance with the approved staff benefits policy.
