We're Hiring: Recruiter Intern (Voluntary Role)

NJ Creative Firm is looking for Recruiter Intern who is passionate about people, talent, and building strong teams. This is a remote, voluntary internship designed to help you gain real recruitment experience in a professional setting.

Duration: 6 months

Location: Remote

Role Type: Voluntary Role ( with Certificate, Mentorship & Incentives)

What You'll Do:


• Assist with candidate sourcing and CV screening


• Support job postings and interview coordination


• Help manage candidate records and recruitment processes


• Support onboarding and team expansion efforts

What We're Looking For:


• Interest in recruitment, HR, or talent management


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• Professional attitude and willingness to learn


• Comfortable using LinkedIn and online job platforms

What You'll Gain:


• Professional learning and mentorship


• Certificate of completion after 6 months


• Hands-on recruitment experience


• Opportunity to be considered for a paid role after 6 months


• 5% commission on successful recruitment projects you support
