Job Description

We seek a suitable Purchaser - Hospitality for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and purchase kitchen supplies, housekeeping materials, maintenance items, and hotel consumables.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate prices to ensure quality and value.
  • Conduct market research to identify best products and suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with storekeepers to prevent shortages.
  • Report maintenance issues related to stock storage or quality.
  • Ensure proper documentation, records, and compliance with procurement procedures.
  • Support internal departments by ensuring timely availability of required items.

Requirements:

  • HND in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
  • 2+ years of procurement experience (hospitality experience is an added advantage).
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with vendors and manage multiple procurement tasks.
  • Must be a resident of Abuja.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦ ₦150.00 per month
