This role is ideal for a highly organized, reliable, and customer-focused individual who excels at driving and logistics while actively supporting a sales team's daily objectives. The Sales Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of Sales Representatives to various retail outlets to facilitate the sale of company beverages, ensuring daily sales targets are met. (Accommodation is available)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Driving & Logistics

Operate a company vehicle safely and responsibly to transport Sales Representatives to a daily schedule of retail outlets, minimizing travel time.

Vehicle : Conduct daily pre-and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any necessary maintenance or repairs promptly.

2. Sales Support & Assistance

Assist the Sales Representatives with non-driving duties at each stop, including offloading/moving sales materials, setting up point-of-sale (POS) displays, and retrieving samples or product as requested. Assist in verifying and tracking sample inventory and marketing materials loaded onto the vehicle at the start and end of each day.

Act as an integral member of the sales team, ensuring a seamless and professional interaction with all retail outlet staff and customers.

3. Communication & Administration

Communicate any significant route changes, delays, or issues encountered on the road to the Sales Manager and Sales Representatives immediately.

Adhere to all company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of professional truck (6-tyred truck) driving experience preferably in a sales support, distribution, or delivery role.

Valid driver's license for with a clean driving record.

Excellent geographical knowledge of Ajah and environs.

Ability to lift and move sales and display materials as part of sales support duties.

Professional demeanor, high reliability, punctuality, and a strong customer service orientation.

Work Environment & Compensation

Full-time, standard business hours, with some potential for early mornings or late evenings depending on sales route demands.
