Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Lagos for a Senior Meta Ads Buyer. Responsibilities include strategizing, creating, managing, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns to drive performance and achieve client objectives. The candidate will analyze campaign performance, generate data-driven insights, and work collaboratively with team members to implement best practices and innovative solutions to exceed expectations. Consistent communication with internal teams and clients to align goals and strategies is critical.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Meta advertising platforms, campaign creation, and optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
  • Ability to create and implement result-driven strategies within budget frameworks
  • Experience with A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing and growth strategies, especially on Meta platforms
  • Proficiency in additional digital advertising platforms and industry certifications are a plus
