JOB DETAILS:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of goods and services, managing vendor relationships, and aligning supply chain processes with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to minimize costs while ensuring product availability.

Vendor & Supplier Management:

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure cost-effective deals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods.

Logistics Management:

  • Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Optimize delivery routes and logistics processes to minimize costs and enhance service levels.

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage the supply chain team, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and goals.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure all supply chain activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance.
  • Generate regular reports on inventory, delivery timelines, and supplier performance.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Evaluate supply chain processes and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain management, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
