Administrative Assistant
Weta Legal Consult, an Abuja-based law firm, seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules
Prepare and edit documents, contracts, and correspondence
Coordinate with clients, lawyers, and staff
Maintain files, records, and databases
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Assist with office administration and events
Requirements:
OND/HND or Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field
1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a law firm
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Resident in Abuja, Kubwa axis preferably.
