Our Organization is currently recruiting for the position of Administrative Executive.

JOB TITLE: Administrative Executive.

LOCATION: Abuja

The ideal candidate will provide Administrative Support and Assistance to various departments within the Organization.The role will ensure smooth office operations by managing correspondence, scheduling, data entry, and supporting day-to-day office tasks. The Administrative Support role will help maintain a highly organized and efficient environment for the team and enhance overall productivity.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate daily administrative activities, ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Receiving of Visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and other materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Take notes during operational meetings.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience Requirements

1-4 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Knowledge Requirements

  • Knowledge of office procedures and best practices.
  • Familiarity with various software applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, databases).
  • Understanding of basic accounting and procurement principles.

Skill Requirements

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
