Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Identify and target prospective clients to generate leads and achieve sales targets.

  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting DAASA's value proposition.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.

  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and provide regular updates on sales activities and results. Marketing

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote DAASA's products and services.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

  • Oversee the social media management and graphics design team to develop promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content plans. Email Marketing

  • Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to promote DAASA's products and services.

  • Build and maintain email lists, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns accordingly.

  • Develop compelling email content, including promotional offers, newsletters, and product updates.

Partnership Development:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with businesses, influencers, and organizations aligned with DAASA's mission.

  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual value.

  • Coordinate joint marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns with partners.

  • Track and measure the success of partnership activities and maintain strong relationships with partners. Affiliate Marketing

  • Develop and manage an affiliate marketing program to increase brand visibility and sales.

  • Recruit and onboard affiliate marketers, providing them with resources and training.

  • Monitor affiliate performance and ensure timely payouts and support.

  • Continuously seek new affiliate opportunities and optimize the program for growth. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

  • Address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions to their needs.

  • Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings.

Reporting :

  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports.

  • Analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦80,000.00 per month
