Role Description

The Website & Digital Operations Manager will own the performance, growth, and profitability of our online pharmacy platform. This strategic leadership role combines
commercial strategy, operational excellence, and people management
, ensuring the website delivers revenue, outstanding customer experience, and regulatory compliance.

You will manage a high-performing team, including pharmacists, customer service, and operations staff, while optimizing processes, driving digital revenue growth, and maintaining seamless integration between the website, inventory, logistics, and partner pharmacies.

Key Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end website performance, uptime, and order flow integrity.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive online revenue, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Manage, coach, and align all staff under website operations.
  • Oversee order processing, inventory accuracy, and partner pharmacy operations in collaboration with the team.
  • Drive operational efficiency, process improvements, and KPI achievement.
  • Own relationships with partner pharmacies and vendors, managing contracts, SLAs, and operational performance.
  • Monitor key metrics, prepare reports, and use data-driven insights to inform strategy.
  • Ensure all online pharmacy operations comply with regulatory requirements (PCN) and internal SOPs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, IT, or related field.
  • 4–7 years experience in e-commerce, digital operations, or online platform management.
  • Proven experience driving revenue growth, managing online operations, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated e-commerce is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable using digital platforms, analytics tools, and order management systems.
