Qualifications Required:

● Solid understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and compliance management.
● Experience using real estate or CRM software.
● Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Integrity, accountability, and great attention to detail.
