Role Summary

We're looking for a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant / Operations Assistant to support the Founder/CEO in managing daily operations, ensuring effective execution of strategic initiatives, and streamlining communication across the team.

This role is not just administrative, it is about helping build structure around the CEO to keep the business focused, fast, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Executive Support

  2. Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule, and appointments efficiently.

  3. Prepare meeting briefs, decks, and follow-up notes for key internal and external meetings.
  4. Track deliverables and deadlines, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  5. Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and team.

  6. Operations & Coordination

  7. Support the execution of company priorities and operational projects.

  8. Coordinate the onboarding and activities of internal and external partners.
  9. Ensure smooth coordination between business units.
  10. Manage logistics, documentation, and reports.

  11. Reporting & Accountability

  12. Maintain structured reports and updates (weekly, monthly) for internal stakeholders.

  13. Help track KPIs and ensure project milestones are on schedule.
  14. Support strategic planning and execution tracking.

  15. Communication & Follow-up

  16. Draft and send professional emails, letters, and other communications.

  17. Manage CEO's WhatsApp and email queue to reduce overload.
  18. Follow up with team members and partners to ensure action items are completed.

Key Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Previous experience in administrative, operations, or EA roles is a plus.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proximity to Gbagada is an advantage
