1. Receivables Management

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (A/R) process.
  • Ensure timely invoicing to clients as per contracts and sales orders.
  • Track outstanding invoices and follow up with customers for payments.
  • Prepare ageing analysis reports and monitor overdue accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts in the ERP system.

2. Billing & Reconciliation

  • Verify billing data with contracts, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing documentation.
  • Reconcile customer accounts periodically and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with project and commercial teams for invoice clarifications.

3. Credit Control & Cash Flow

  • Evaluate customer creditworthiness in coordination with management.
  • Implement credit control policies to minimize bad debts.
  • Monitor cash inflows and forecast receivable positions for cash flow planning.
