Our mission is to make decentralized finance (DeFi) more accessible, secure, and user-friendly for individuals and businesses alike.Role DescriptionAs a Frontend Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing user interfaces across web and mobile platforms using React Native. You will work closely with backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality digital experiences that align with Xtron's vision of accessible digital finance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop responsive and scalable user interfaces using React Native, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).Integrate APIs efficiently to ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.Collaborate with UI/UX Designers using Confluence and design systems to ensure consistency and high-quality visual delivery.Manage version control using Bitbucket – push/pull code, create and review pull requests.Deploy and monitor applications using AWS services and CI/CD pipelines.Ensure cross-platform performance, responsiveness, and code reusability.Participate in daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives within an Agile environment.Maintain proper documentation for frontend features and workflows.Adhere to clean coding practices, scalability principles, and testing standards.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.Strong expertise in React Native and ecosystems.Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.Proficiency in Bitbucket for version control and collaborative development.Solid understanding of AWS deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes.Strong collaboration and communication skills – experience working in Confluence and Agile environments.Ability to write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers and cross-functional teams.Nice to HaveKnowledge of TypeScript.Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).Familiarity with performance optimization and accessibility standards.What We OfferCompetitive compensation of N400,000 Monthly and performance bonuses.Work with a passionate, cross-functional team building impactful fintech solutions.Access to collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Bitbucket).Growth opportunities in a fast-scaling startup redefining finance across Africa.How to ApplyIf you're excited about building the future of digital finance and meeting the above qualifications, send your CV/Resume, portfolio, and GitHub or Bitbucket profile to:
