Job Summary

The Customer Care Associate is responsible for engaging with customers, advocating on their behalf, and driving customer retention. This role ensures proactive communication, effective complaint management, and overall customer satisfaction through timely interventions and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through calls, visits, and surveys to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Track and manage customer complaints, fault tickets, and recurring issues to provide timely resolutions.
  • Monitor abandoned calls and follow up to ensure service quality.
  • Provide proactive updates on outages, industry trends, and advisory information to customers.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions, retention activities, and complaint trends.
  • Participate in service review meetings to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a contact center or customer care environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to analyze trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Basic reporting and MS Office skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦115,000.00 per month
