Product Designer (GadaHQ)
GadaHQ is looking for an elite Product Designer, someone fast, sharp, relentless, and obsessed with building exceptional products.
If you need hand-holding, this role is not for you.
What You'll Do
Turn vague concepts into crisp, high-impact product designs with speed and precision.
Prototype fast, iterate aggressively, and push high-quality experiences into production.
Work side-by-side with Product, and Engineering to ship real products, not slides.
Move fast, revise fast, and deliver fast with zero drama.
Maintain high standards under pressure, tight timelines, and evolving constraints.
Champion GadaHQ's culture of intensity, ownership, grit, and world-class execution.
What You Bring
2–5 years' experience designing real, shipped digital products.
A portfolio that proves you can think, design, and deliver at a high level.
Strong mastery of UX, UI, interaction design, and rapid prototyping (Figma required).
Clear communication, sharp thinking, and the ability to defend and refine your work.
A bias for speed, excellence, and results, not excuses
A resilient, gritty, high-output work ethic fit for a company building at startup velocity.
