Job Overview

The Display Supervisor oversees the design, implementation, and quality assurance of visual merchandising across all telecom retail stores in the region. The role ensures strong product presentation, supports sales activities, and enhances overall customer experience through effective store display strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide stores on implementing brand display standards for both new and existing locations, ensuring consistency and visual accuracy.
  • Conduct periodic inspections to identify non-compliant displays and enforce corrective actions.
  • Design and execute display concepts for promotional campaigns, new product launches, and special projects (e.g., stack displays, experience zones).
  • Collaborate with sales managers to resolve display challenges and provide display materials for retail operations.
  • Enhance product attractiveness and support sales conversion through strategic visual merchandising.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail display management, or similar roles.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to design appealing and brand-aligned displays.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain display quality across multiple locations.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities, especially with sales and retail teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₦170,000.00 per month
