As we expand our market footprint, we are seeking a competent professional who can bridge business development, digital strategy, and market intelligence to accelerate our growth.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To lead and execute business development initiatives, strengthen the company's digital sales pipeline, and translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies that increase revenue, market share, and brand positioning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Sales
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive lead generation, conversion, and client retention.
• Manage end-to-end business development cycles from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, and development-sector stakeholders.
• Drive proposal development, pitch materials, and client presentations in collaboration with internal teams.
• Track performance metrics, revenue forecasts, and sales pipeline analytics.
Digital Strategy & Market Intelligence
• Design and execute digital acquisition strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, email campaigns, corporate website, paid media, and partner channels).
• Implement SEO, content strategy, and marketing automation to optimise visibility and inbound leads.
• Conduct digital analytics, competitor research, and campaign performance assessments to guide strategy.
• Improve the organisation's digital presence, user engagement, and brand value across all online touchpoints.
• Leverage CRM and analytics tools to inform customer segmentation and targeted outreach.
Product & Service Positioning
• Translate organisational capabilities into commercially viable solutions.
• Support the packaging, pricing, and positioning of training programs, consulting offerings, and new product lines.
• Provide insights on emerging industry trends, customer needs, and partnership opportunities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in business development, digital marketing, sales strategy, or related functions, preferably within consulting, training, or professional services.
• Demonstrated experience in generating leads, closing deals, and managing client relationships.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email automation tools).
• Strong proposal writing, pitch creation, and communication skills.
