We're Hiring Business Development & Relationship Officer – North & NIB

Are you passionate about driving financial inclusion and building strong institutional partnerships? Do you have experience in Non-Interest Banking (NIB) and a track record in client acquisition and relationship management? Then we'd like to meet you

What You'll Do

  • Onboard new PFIs in line with DBN's strategic focus.
  • Manage and strengthen day-to-day relationships with existing PFIs.
  • Monitor loan performance & ensure adherence to targets.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strong customer propositions.
  • Conduct due diligence, spot checks and stakeholder engagements.
  • Drive developmental impact: MSME reach, gender & youth empowerment, start-up support.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 6 years' experience in a financial institution or development agency

Experience in Non-Interest Banking (strong advantage)

Strong knowledge of credit administration, risk management & financial procedures

Excellent client acquisition and relationship management skills

Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking & Finance, Business Admin, Accounting or related field

Professional certifications (ICAN, CIBN, CIMA, CPA etc.) are an added advantage
