Level 1 Field Engineer – Enterprise Connectivity (4 Roles)

Level 1 Field Engineers
 to strengthen our frontline Enterprise Engineering team.

Role Summary

This is a
hands-on field execution role
. You will be responsible for installations, first-level troubleshooting, and on-site support, working closely with Level 2 Engineers to deliver high-quality enterprise deployments.

This role suits engineers who want strong field exposure, rapid learning, and a clear progression path.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-office support and
    first-level troubleshooting
  • Install, commission, and validate enterprise equipment and systems
  • Deliver
    onsite and remote first-level support
  • Travel extensively (~65%) to customer locations, primarily
    Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Abuja
  • Respond to customer issues at short notice when required
  • Execute tasks and remediation actions assigned by
    Level 2 Engineers
  • Maintain professional conduct, accurate reporting, and site documentation

What We're Looking For

  • Technical degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a
    STEM discipline
  • Equivalent hands-on technical experience may be considered
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working in the field and traveling frequently
  • Reliable, disciplined, and able to follow structured engineering processes
  • Team player with the right attitude for enterprise environments
