We are seeking a high-performing Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion across Lagos and Abuja. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring our solutions remain competitive and innovative in the fast-evolving market.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Achieve consistent sales growth and meet revenue targets by effectively managing available resources.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the companys customer base and strengthen market presence.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, revenue reports, and expense analyses to management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform business strategy.
Provide timely responses to client inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support requests.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including order processing, documentation, and customer follow-up.
Maintain and update accurate sales data, ensuring reliability of reports for decision-making.
Maximize customer portfolio value through relationship management and upselling opportunities.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (professional certifications in sales/marketing are an added advantage).
Proven track record in enterprise or B2B sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Solid business acumen with expertise in market positioning and customer engagement.
Prior experience in the Technology / IT Solutions industry is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Team-oriented mindset with a high level of dedication, professionalism, and integrity.
