Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling meetings
  • Managing calendars
  • Supervising staff and workflow
  • Communicate all information from the executives to the team members, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring high-quality and accurate documents are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the coordination of special projects, ensuring deadlines and project objectives are met.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive company and personal information.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently and manage competing demands from executives and team members.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
