Job Title: Admin Officer
Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
Salary: N120,000 per month.
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Admin Officer to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our school's administration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the school's management and staff
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- OND/HND in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work with confidentiality and discretion.
