Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin & Finance Officer to support our internal operations. This role manages documentation, reconciliation, basic bookkeeping, vendor payments, and payroll support.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain documentation and financial filing systems
- Handle daily revenue reconciliation and petty cash
- Prepare payouts for providers and vendors
- Assist with payroll processing
- Track expenses, manage office supplies, and handle procurement
- Support the CEO and Operations Lead with administrative tasks
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in admin or accounting support
- Strong spreadsheet and record-keeping abilities
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Integrity, confidentiality, and reliability are essential
