Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Managing Director role based in Lagos. The Managing Director will oversee the overall strategic direction and operations of the organization, ensuring performance, growth, and sustainability. Responsibilities include developing long-term business strategies, leading high-level decision-making processes, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring financial stability. The Managing Director will also provide leadership to the team, foster partnerships, and drive organizational goals in alignment with AIO Systems' vision and mission.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in leadership, strategic planning, and business development
  • Experience in stakeholder relationship management and team leadership
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, financial planning, and risk management
  • Proficiency in project management, organizational skills, and decision-making
  • Knowledge of IoT platforms, remote site management, or the energy and utilities sector is preferred
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; a graduate degree (e.g., MBA) is a strong advantage
  • Proven experience in a senior management or executive role
