Reports to the HR Manager
Support recruitment function, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews.
Manage HR Systems including record keeping, updating employee files and compiling reports
support employee onboarding process such as preparing necessary employment documents and conducting orientation
Assist with benefit administration including enrollment, changes and answering employee inquiries
ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, HR best practices and legal requirements
