About the Role:
The Experience Center (XC) Assistant is the primary point of interaction for all TradeGrid customers and visitors. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, driving sales of key products (like TradersCards, TG Plus), managing inquiries, and ensuring the Experience Center is an outstanding representation of our brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all visitors and manage the flow of customer traffic within the center.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, clearly and accurately explaining TradeGrid's products, services, and digital platform features.
- Provide initial troubleshooting support and efficiently escalate complex customer issues to the Experience Center (XC) Supervisor when necessary.
- Assist customers with digital registration, application processes, and usage of in-center technology.
- Actively promote and drive sign-ups for key products, such as the TradersCard and other financing/product leasing solutions.
- Work to achieve daily and weekly targets for customer engagement and product adoption.
- Capture valuable customer feedback and data to help the sales team improve offerings.
- Ensure the entire Experience Center, including product display areas and common spaces, is consistently tidy, neat, and professionally presented throughout the day.
- Assist the XC Supervisor with daily operational tasks, including inventory checks, restocking of promotional materials, and opening/closing procedures.
- Support the coordination of in-center workshops, events, and product launch logistics.
- Accurately handle cash, process payments, and assist with daily reconciliation reports.
Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality role.
- A natural, positive disposition with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and confidently explain technical or financial products to diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in maintaining a clean and professional workspace.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using digital tools and POS systems.
- A high degree of reliability, integrity, and punctuality.
- Must be proactive and ready to jump in and assist wherever needed to ensure the center runs smoothly.
