As we scale our brand presence, we are looking for a visionary, data-driven Marketing Lead who can own our marketing engine end-to-end and drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Growth Execution
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across social media, SEO/SEM, email, PR, and influencer channels.
- Build and manage the annual marketing roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Manage marketing budget, track ROI, and optimize spend for maximum impact.
- Create and execute customer acquisition funnels for both travel and study-abroad
Campaign Development & Lead Generation
- Plan and run lead-generation campaigns that convert prospects into inquiries and bookings.
- Develop targeted campaigns for student recruitment, travel deals, visa updates, and study-abroad promotions.
- Build partnerships and co-marketing campaigns with travel influencers, student communities, and content creators.
- Monitor campaign performance
Optimization
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of travel and study-abroad trends.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Work closely with operations to support promotions, customer retention, and referral strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years in marketing roles, 1+ year in a lead capacity (travel industry focus
preferred).
Proven portfolio: written guides, campaigns.
Net salary: 150,000
