Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Growth Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across social media, SEO/SEM, email, PR, and influencer channels.
  • Build and manage the annual marketing roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • Manage marketing budget, track ROI, and optimize spend for maximum impact.
  • Create and execute customer acquisition funnels for both travel and study-abroad

Campaign Development & Lead Generation

  • Plan and run lead-generation campaigns that convert prospects into inquiries and bookings.
  • Develop targeted campaigns for student recruitment, travel deals, visa updates, and study-abroad promotions.
  • Build partnerships and co-marketing campaigns with travel influencers, student communities, and content creators.
  • Monitor campaign performance

Optimization

  • Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of travel and study-abroad trends.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations to support promotions, customer retention, and referral strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years in marketing roles, 1+ year in a lead capacity (travel industry focus

preferred).

Proven portfolio: written guides, campaigns.

Net salary: 150,000
