Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex construction projects involving roads, bridges, and structural works. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage construction activities for road, bridge, and structural projects from inception to completion.
  • Lead site-based teams including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure strict compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, variations, and resolve technical and operational challenges.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, claims, and certifications.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress, cost, and performance reports to management.
  • Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and handover of completed works.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc./B.Eng./HND) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 12 years' hands-on construction experience, with proven delivery of roads, bridges, and structural projects.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as COREN, PMP, MNSE, or equivalent are required.
  • Strong on-site project management experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Solid understanding of construction methodologies, contract administration, and project controls.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems.
