About the Role

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow the company online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing campaigns, building brand awareness, and driving audience engagement across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.

* Manage day-to-day activities across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.).

* Create, edit, and publish engaging content.

* Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and competitors.

* Engage with online communities, respond to messages/comments, and build relationships.

* Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

* Suggest and implement improvements to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Requirements

* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.

* 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management (preferably in recruitment, HR services, or FMCG/tech).

* Strong understanding of content creation, community management, and analytics.

* Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer.

* Experience running social media ad campaigns.

* Strong copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
