Job Overview

The
Recruitment Specialist
will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates based on requirements provided by the Talent & Client Success Associate. The role ensures only high-quality, culturally aligned candidates are presented, with no direct client access to maintain integrity of the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive detailed job requirements from the Talent & Client Success Associate.
  • Develop sourcing strategies across multiple platforms and channels.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates according to defined specifications.
  • Conduct first-round interviews independently.
  • Collaborate with the Talent & Client Success Associate on second-round interviews.
  • Prepare and submit full candidate profiles for client review.
  • Conduct background checks, reference checks, and employment verification for selected candidates.
  • Maintain updated talent pipelines for recurring and future roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience (agency or multi-sector preferred).
  • Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling candidate information.
