Job Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and driven Digital Marketing Associate to support the planning and execution of our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support both online and offline marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the execution of integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Support social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.

Collaborate with the media and creative teams to develop visually compelling marketing materials.

Assist with offline marketing activities such as events, trade shows, sponsorships, and partnerships.

Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive insights.

Support the implementation of SEO strategies and contribute to email marketing campaigns.

Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.

Stay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
