Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The CFO will oversee and manage the organization's financial operations, including financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving financial strategies to support business objectives. Additional responsibilities include budgeting, financial risk management, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize long-term financial stability.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in strategic financial planning
  • Expertise in Finance principles and practices
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members
  • Ability to manage financial risks and provide sound advice for decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional certification such as ICAN, CPA or CFA is mandatory
  • Proven leadership experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards in Nigeria
