About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Part-Time Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to provide financial leadership for our growing Relationship Platform. This role is ideal for a senior finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, technology-driven environment and enjoys working closely with founders and executive leadership to drive sustainable growth.

As CFO, you will oversee financial strategy, governance, and operational finance, ensuring the company remains financially healthy while scaling efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the company's financial strategy, planning, and forecasting

* Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting

* Provide strategic insights to support growth, pricing models, and profitability

* Manage financial risk, compliance, and governance

* Support fundraising activities, investor reporting, and financial due diligence

* Work closely with executive leadership to align financial goals with business objectives

* Oversee accounting processes, external advisors, and financial systems

* Establish and improve financial controls, policies, and performance metrics

Required Experience & Skills

* Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leader

* Strong background in technology, SaaS, or platform-based businesses (preferred)

* Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management

* Experience supporting fundraising, investment rounds, or board reporting

* Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and financial controls

* Ability to translate financial data into clear strategic insights

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
