A fast-growing Quick Service Restaurant located in Lekki Phase 1 is urgently recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join its team.

Salary: ₦90,000

Feeding once daily

Accommodation is provided

Work Schedule: One day on, one day off

Location: Candidate must live around Lekki Phase 1 Axis for proximity.

Availability: Must be physically fit and ready for immediate resumption.

Key Responsibilities


•Promptly and politely respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, WhatsApp/SMS, and website.


•Receive and quickly dispatch customer orders from all communication channels.


•Process and fulfill leads/orders received from the Social Media Manager.


•Warmly welcome and attend to walk-in customers.


•Receive payments for services rendered.


•Prepare and submit daily sales reports.


•Safeguard cash and other financial instruments.


•Ensure cleanliness and neatness of the outlet at all times.


•Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.


•Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher authorities for quick resolution.


•Appreciate customers for their patronage.


•Keep accurate records of foodstuff inventory received from the kitchen.

•Must be neat and tidy


•Must be very fast with taking orders on the phone


•Must be very fast with typing


•Must be able to handle multiple transaction simultaneously
