Job Title: Creative Strategist

We are looking for a 
highly creative, strategic thinker
 to join our team as a Creative Strategist. This role is perfect for someone who can think 
outside the box
, develop engaging content ideas, and ensure every creative decision aligns with our brand vision.

Location: Maruwa, Lekki Phase 1

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

The Creative Strategist will be responsible for shaping the brand's creative direction, generating innovative content ideas, and collaborating with the team to bring those ideas to life. You will ensure that our content is not only visually appealing but also meaningful, engaging, and aligned with our brand strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Generate original, out-of-the-box content ideas for campaigns, social media, and other brand touchpoints
  • Develop creative strategies that align with brand identity and audience behavior
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and videographers to execute ideas
  • Stay up-to-date on trends, audience insights, and competitor activity
  • Review and refine creative content before publishing
  • Contribute to the development of content calendars and campaign strategies

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in content strategy, creative strategy, or digital marketing
  • Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities
  • Proven experience generating engaging, scroll-stopping content ideas
  • Knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and audience behavior
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Experience with lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or wellness brands is a plus
