Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Business Development Lead based in Lagos (preferably Lekki-Ajah axis). The role involves driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, and building relationships with potential and existing clients. The Business Development Lead will collaborate with various teams to identify business needs and solutions, develop strategies, and support customer relationship management activities.

Qualifications

  • First degree in any releted discipline
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and evaluate business opportunities
  • Effective Communication skills to convey ideas clearly, negotiate, and foster client relationships
  • Expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue new opportunities
  • Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in a consulting environment
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and software is a plus
