Marketing Specialist Role

Our client in the Wedding planning/Beauty industry is looking for a creative and tech-savvy Marketing Specialist to lead content creation, video editing, and digital growth efforts across multiple online platforms. This role focuses heavily on video-driven lead generation, social media strategy, and managing content across YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Reddit, and podcast channels.

Key Responsibilities

* Edit high-quality videos, including podcast clips, reels, shorts, and long-form content.

* Repurpose video content across Youtube, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and podcast platforms.

* Create engaging visuals, thumbnails, and designs using Canva or similar tools.

* Drive lead generation through strategic video content and perform specific campaigns.

* Optimize content for SEO, watch time, engagement, and conversions.

* Manage social media calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement.

* Monitor analytics across platforms and refine strategies based on performance.

* Research trends, hashtags, communities, and storytelling styles to boost reach.

* Support broader marketing initiatives and maintain consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media.

* Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent).

* Proficient in Canva or related graphic design tools.

* Proven ability to grow online channels, especially YouTube.

* Understanding of SEO for YouTube.

* Strong written communication and storytelling abilities.

* Analytical mindset with experience tracking

* KPls and insights.

* Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.

* Experience with podcast editing and Reddit communities is a plus.

* Experience in the wedding, beauty, or entertainment industry is a strong advantage.

* Experience running basic ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).

* Knowledge of email marketing or automation tools (MailerLite, HubSpot, etc.) and added advantage

This is a remote role, candidate should be ready to work US hrs (9-5pm) 5 working days a week.

Pay is 300k
