The Export Logistics Coordinator will oversee and coordinate all logistics operations related to export shipments from the GME warehouse. The role ensures smooth communication with carriers and the China office, accurate documentation, cost control, and full compliance with export and customs requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, and the China office.
  • Collect and verify shipping instructions, booking confirmations, and Bill of Lading details. Obtain and compare market rates for trucking, ocean freight, and export services.
  • Monitor cargo dispatch from warehouse to port and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare and follow up on export documents (invoice, packing list, CCI, NXP, SONCAP, Form M, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with customs, port, and regulatory procedures.
  • Maintain shipment records and report progress to management.
  • Liaise with warehouse, inspection, and finance teams for shipment clearance and payments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, or business.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in export logistics or freight forwarding.
  • Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and Incoterms.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
