Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Lagos. The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects, collaborating with project teams to ensure seamless execution, and integrating innovative solutions into designs. Key tasks include preparing detailed plans, overseeing construction progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and managing project timelines to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing technical and creative skills.
  • Experience in Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural and design projects.
  • Proven ability in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure quality and compliance in all designs.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or related tools is a significant advantage.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, with professional licensure or certification being a plus.
