Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program & Partnership Officer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of Testify Limited's programs and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth program delivery, strong stakeholder relationships, and alignment with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Management

* Support the identification and onboarding of strategic partners

* Maintain communication with partners, sponsors, and collaborators

* Assist in drafting partnership proposals, MOUs, and reports

* Coordinate partnership meetings, follow-ups, and engagement activities

Operations & Administration

* Prepare reports, presentations, and program documentation

* Maintain accurate records of programs and partnerships

* Support data collection, monitoring, and evaluation activities

* Assist with logistics, scheduling, and coordination for events and workshops

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

* Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders

* Support basic client, partner, and community communications

* Ensure timely follow-ups and feedback collection

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Social Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

* 1–2 years experience in program coordination, partnerships, administration, or related roles

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

* Proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack)

* Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment

* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

* Experience working with NGOs, training programs, or tech initiatives

* Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Notion)

* Experience managing partnerships or stakeholder relationships

* Basic knowledge of monitoring & evaluation (M&E)

* Experience in tech, startup, or learning environments
