About Us

We are a Christian, activity-based learning school dedicated to raising children in a safe, excellent, and Christ-centered environment. As part of our growth, we are seeking passionate and responsible professionals to join our team as a School Accountant and School Store Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records of income, expenses, fees, and payroll.
  • Prepare budgets, monthly/annual reports, and support financial planning.
  • Manage fee collection, issue receipts, and oversee debt recovery processes.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all transactions and compliance with policies.
  • Support external audits and regulatory requirements.
  • Uphold Christian values of stewardship, integrity, and transparency in handling finances
  • Receive, inspect, and record supplies delivered to the school.
  • Maintain stock records and monitor inventory levels.
  • Issue supplies to staff/departments based on approved requests.
  • Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and security of items.
  • Conduct regular stock-taking and prepare accurate inventory reports.
  • Prevent waste, damage, or misuse of school resources.
  • Support budget planning by providing stock data to management.
  • Demonstrate accountability, transparency, and integrity in resource management.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of accounting experience (school environment is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and commitment to honesty and accountability.
  • Diploma or certificate in Storekeeping, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Previous experience as a storekeeper or inventory officer.
  • Strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory software).
  • A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to honesty.
