Role Description

This role is for a full-time Business Administrator, based on-site in Lagos. The Business Administrator will manage and oversee daily business operations, ensuring workflow efficiency, compliance, and achievement of organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, coordinating team activities, facilitating operational strategies, and supporting stakeholder communication. The role requires proactive planning, problem-solving, and promoting productivity across various company functions.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including time management and task prioritization.
  • Proficiency in process management, business operations, and standardizing procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail in strategy development and implementation.
  • Knowledge of team building, policy development, and staff evaluation techniques is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Educational qualifications in Business Administration, Management, or related fields, with additional certifications being an added advantage.
