Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Relationship Management Specialist based in Abuja. The specialist will be responsible for mobilizing deposits, loan recovery, developing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, managing accounts, providing excellent customer service, and identifying client needs to offer tailored financial solutions. The role also involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and contributing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Account Management
  • Proven track record for exceeding targets in deposit mobilization and loans
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and provide insights
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic understanding of Finance concepts and principles
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build long-term client partnerships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience in banking, financial services, or account management is an asset
