Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.

Generate leads and bring in businesses both in loans and investment.

Implement the company's business development and marketing strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Assess creditworthiness of potential clients and recommend credit facilities.

Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals to attract new clients.

Contribute to the company's growth strategies by identifying emerging market trends and opportunities.

Oversee the loan portfolio to ensure timely repayments and minimal default rates.

Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching the existing markets.

Ensure to effectively monitor accounts under management.

Ensure the use of sound credit judgment to maintain credible loans and reduce the number of non-performing loans to the barest minimum.

Qualification and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development and credit Management in the financial services sector.

Strong knowledge of credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial products.

Proven track record of achieving business development targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
