Requirements:

  • Experience in digital and/or social media marketing roles
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content scheduling systems
  • Portfolio, campaign results, or demonstrated social media page management (an advantage)
  • Degree or certification in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field (optional but beneficial)
  • Ability to work with targets, deadlines, and performance KPIs
  • Creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively with marketing teams
  • Willingness to stay updated with evolving online trends, algorithms, and user behaviors

Social media platform management (Facebook Instagram X TikTok LinkedIn etc.) Content creation copywriting and digital storytelling Knowledge of SEO SEM and website traffic analytics Ability to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns Data analysis and performance reporting Knowledge of advertising tools (Meta Ads Google Ads etc.) Community engagement and online brand reputation management Graphic and multimedia familiarity (Canva simple video editing etc.) Strategic thinking and trend awareness Strong communication and time-management skills
