Job Summary

Our client is looking for a Social Media Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's social media strategy to strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and support sales and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's social media strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across all social media platforms.
  • Manage and grow online communities by actively engaging with followers and responding to messages and comments.
  • Monitor social media performance, analyze metrics, and optimize content and campaigns accordingly.
  • Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to support marketing and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and creative partners to deliver consistent brand messaging.
  • Identify and leverage social media trends, influencer opportunities, and emerging platforms.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to improve social media performance.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and manage content calendars.
  • Experience with social media analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
